Terms of Service

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Truccess, a service that helps you organise job applications, tailor application materials, and keep track of your search. By using Truccess, you agree to these terms.

1. Using Truccess

You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Truccess is intended for people managing their own job search and may not be used to mislead employers, impersonate another person, or interfere with another person's account.

2. Gmail and Google account access

If you choose to connect Gmail, Truccess requests only the Google permissions shown during the connection flow. Gmail data is used to help surface relevant application messages and status context inside Truccess. Truccess does not sell Gmail data, use it for advertising, or use it for unrelated purposes. You can revoke access from your Google account at any time. Revoking access may stop inbox-based features from working, but it does not automatically delete information already saved in your Truccess account.

3. Gemini AI and generated content

Truccess may use Google Gemini or another clearly identified AI provider to help tailor CV content, summarise application context, or suggest next steps. Information sent for this purpose is limited to what is needed for the requested feature. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You must review every generated CV, message, summary, and recommendation before using it. Truccess does not guarantee interviews, employment, or the accuracy of AI-generated content.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the CVs, job descriptions, messages, and other material you provide. You give Truccess permission to process that content only to operate, improve, secure, and support the service. Do not upload information you do not have permission to use, including another person's private data or confidential employer information.

5. Plans and payments

Any pricing shown on the website is a preview until a plan is made available for purchase. If paid plans become available, their price, renewal terms, cancellation process, and payment provider will be shown before you subscribe. We may change plan features or prices with reasonable notice.

6. Privacy and security

Our privacy practices are described in these terms and in the information shown when you connect third-party services. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us promptly if you believe your account or connected Google access has been compromised.

7. Availability and changes

Truccess may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including Gmail and AI integrations, as the service develops. We may update these terms when necessary. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

8. Disclaimer and limits

Truccess is a productivity tool, not legal, immigration, financial, recruiting, or career advice. The service is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, Truccess is not responsible for employment decisions, missed opportunities, inaccurate third-party data, or losses caused by relying on generated content without reviewing it.
